Clear, upfront pricing
Some of our practitioners bulk bill; others charge a private fee with a Medicare rebate. You'll always see the cost before you confirm.
Bulk-billed appointments
Practitioners marked Bulk billed charge nothing out of pocket with a valid Medicare card. Look for the badge on a doctor's profile and at booking.
Private fees & rebates
Other appointments have a private fee. After your visit, the eligible Medicare rebate is processed for you — usually back in your account within a day or two.
Standard fees
Fees shown are a guide for private appointments. Bulk-billed practitioners have no out-of-pocket cost. Final fees are confirmed at booking.
How payment works
Secure card payment
For paid appointments we securely take payment at booking. Cards are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider — we never store your full card number.
No Medicare card?
Tick "I don't have a Medicare card" when booking. You'll be booked as a private patient and shown the private fee, with no Medicare rebate.
Cancellations
Please give at least 4 hours' notice to change or cancel. Late cancellations and missed appointments may attract a fee that Medicare doesn't rebate.
